Our Story
Zion Youth Football Program
Zion began as a football program to offer underprivileged youth a positive outlet. The team provided a sense of community, hope, and purpose.
Zion has won 3 National Championships, as well as multiple State Championships. Many team members, who originally did not plan to pursue a higher education, were offered scholarships and attended the following universities:
Air Force | Arizona | Arizona State | Baylor | Brigham Young | BYU Hawai’i | Harvard | Idaho State | Iowa State | Nevada | Oklahoma State | Oregon | Oregon State | Puget Sound | Snow College | Southern Virginia | USC | Utah | Utah State | Utah Tech | Utah Valley | Washington | Weber State | William Penn
Academic Improvement
We have taken youth on college tours throughout the country to emphasize the importance of pursuing a higher education.
As an organization, we helped our youth increase their average GPA from 2.15 to 3.25 in only 4 months.
Holistic Growth
As a result of our unique approach, many Zion participants have chosen to pay if forward through service all across the world.
