FAMILY TRAVEL OPTION

EXPERIENCE ZION. TRAVEL TOGETHER.

The Family Travel Option allows athletes to participate in the official Zion Southwest Experience while traveling with their own family.

Families are responsible for arranging their own:

• Transportation to and between destinations
• Lodging
• Meals outside of official Zion activities
• Personal expenses

This option allows families to choose the transportation, hotels, restaurants, and activities that best fit their needs while still participating in the official Zion football, college, career, and adventure experiences.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

AGE GROUPS

14U • 13U • 12U • 11U • 10U • 9U • 8U

Age cutoff date: July 1, 2026

For age classification purposes, an athlete's age is determined as of July 1, 2026. For example, an athlete who is 14 on July 1 but turns 15 on July 4, 2026, still qualifies for the 14U division.

TEAM FORMATION

Team participation is contingent upon sufficient enrollment in each age division.

A minimum of 25 registered athletes is required to field a Zion team in an age division for a Zion Experience.

If an age division does not reach the minimum enrollment required to field a team, athletes registered through the MyZion portal will have two options:

1. PLAY UP

The athlete may participate with the next available Zion age division, subject to team availability and Zion Foundation approval.

2. FUTURE ZION EXPERIENCE CREDIT

The athlete may apply their eligible registration payment as a credit toward a future Zion Experience, subject to the applicable requirements, availability, dates, and pricing.

For example, if Zion does not have enough registered athletes to field a 13U team, a 13U athlete may either play up with the 14U team, if available and approved, or use the eligible payment as a credit toward a future Zion Experience.

Zion Foundation reserves the right to make final determinations regarding age classification, team formation, placement, and participation.

Participants who complete three qualifying Zion experiences have a chance to earn DIAMOND Medallion Status and a potential Zion scholarship.

Scholarships are not guaranteed.

Playing time, preferred experience selection, team placement, scholarship awards, and other opportunities are not guaranteed.

Completion of three qualifying Zion Experiences provides a chance to earn DIAMOND Medallion Status and a potential Zion scholarship. A scholarship is not guaranteed.

By registering, families acknowledge and agree that team formation is dependent upon minimum enrollment and that registration does not guarantee that a team will be fielded in the selected age division.
